聊城市政协委员：小区电梯，谁来监管？

去年10月份，家住东昌东路一小区的杨先生曾向记者反映，自己所住单元楼电梯已经损坏十多天，但一直没有修好，给业主生活带来不便，而与此类似的问题在我市部分小区内也经常发生。
近年来，随着经济的不断发展，我市住宅小区电梯数量成倍增长，在给人们生活工作带来便利快捷的同时，电梯停梯、关人现象也是屡有发生，其运行的安全性、可靠性越来越受到大家的关注，加强住宅小区电梯安全监管迫在眉睫。
据了解，住宅小区电梯主要存在部分小区物业公司安全管理主体责任不到位、电梯维修维护不及时、警示标志和乘梯须知等普遍受到涂鸦或损坏等现象，使电梯成了不少居民的烦心事。
