一、电机过载保护功能：控制系统装有热过载保护继电器，如果轿厢被卡堵，其它保护措施失灵，导致电机过载时，可自动切断电机电源，保护电动机。
二、断错相保护功能：控制系统装有断、错相保护继电器可防止由于电源相序的变化或缺相机时导致的电梯异常运行。
三、超限时保护功能：当轿厢或对重遇到障碍时，电梯主机运行时间大于全行程正常运行时间 10 秒前，电梯主机自动停止运转。
四、极限限位保护功能：在井道的最上端和最下端装有极限开关，可防止轿厢冲顶或墩底。
五、故障重新启动功能：只有在排除故障后，并且将控制柜内运行 / 检修开关 拨到运行位置，重新送电，电梯才能正常运行，防止误操作，保证安全可靠。
