5.井道内除规定的电梯设备外，不得存放杂物，敷设水管式煤气管道等。
6.井道内应保持整洁，不得有塔灰、尘土。
7.导轨、门滑道应保持整洁，各油盒应保证油位适合。
8.井道照明、轿顶照明、底坑照明应保证足够的照度，及时更换损坏的灯泡、开关。
9.底坑上下应方便，无杂物、无积水、应做到经常清理，保持整洁。
