一、 到达现场后，首先断掉电梯总电源，并悬挂“电梯检修”的警告表示牌，打开井道照明。

 

二、 用电梯钥匙打开厅门，确认电梯轿厢所停止的位置。

 

三、 到达机房后，确认电梯控制柜是否真正断电。

 

四、 进行手动盘车时，首先打开抱闸扳手，根据层楼标记，  用盘车手轮将电梯缓慢的盘至平层位置，松开抱抱闸扳手把  盘车轮拿下放好，并锁好机房门。

 

五、 打开厅门、轿门把轿厢内的物品取出来。

 

六、 最后查找致使电梯停止的原因，并进行该下一步的维修工作。
