　　传菜电梯是曳引机就是电梯的心脏，电梯能够上下，就是靠曳引机拖动。其工作原理为，曳引机上有个驱动曳引轮，轮上有钢丝绳，绳的一端是传菜电梯轿厢，另一端是配重，曳引机拖动着钢丝绳，钢丝绳连着电梯轿箱，曳引机带着钢丝绳上上下下。传菜电梯至少有两根钢丝绳，安全系数很高。
