　　4.非检修人员和管理人员不得随便进入机房、轿顶和底坑内。

　　5.机房内应设有二氧化碳灭火器。

　　6.电梯因故有较长时间的停止使用,应将机房中电源开关断开,台风潮期管理人员应将电梯开离底层。

　　7.管理人员及使用人员应严格掌握电梯的载重量不准超载。
