1.餐梯曳引机在工作一段时间后，观察油窗加注齿轮油

2.餐梯导轨应保持涂有润滑脂

3.餐梯导绳轮与轴间应保持涂有润滑脂

4.餐梯防止曳引绳上有油脂，以防打滑

5.餐梯当运行一段时间后，出现平层不好的情形时，首先检查曳引机抱闸间隙是否正确及抱闸的夹紧螺丝是否松动，然后，调整平层磁感应器的位置，保证平层精度。

6.餐梯当出现层门运行卡滞或打不开时，应检查层门锁是否有故障及层门滑块间隙或层门倾斜卡滞，或门绳从绳轮滑槽脱落。

7.餐梯层门开启或关闭，而占用指示灯不作相应变化，应检查门联锁开关是否有故障。

8.餐梯每半年需检修一次。
